Okay, not that Palin… Bristol. Sarah’s daughter is renting out her Maricopa, AZ home (that she just purchased this year). Word on the street is that she’ll be spending more time in her mom’s Scottsdale $1.7M home.
Bristol’s has 5 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a 3-car garage and is over 4,000SF. How much will that run you? Only $1,400! And, I know I’m usually facetious when I say “only” when talking about celebrities and their homes but that’s a really good deal! A fellow RE/MAX Agent, Mr. Nate Martinez, has the home on the market.
