Properties are staying on the market on average 140 Days (and if that’s a Traditional sale, that’s WAY too long but it’s very understandable for Short Sales). The average price per SF is $245. Different communities will have different numbers. And, there are approximately 104 properties on the market. These numbers are only indicative of Single Family Residences.
